To reach these goals, IMR utilizes a customized, personal process built around regularly-scheduled brief meetings (in-person, over Skype, or on the phone). These meetings help form a mutual understanding, and builds momentum from the beginning to the end.

In these meetings, IMR Solutions takes an intentional path of learning about the clients, while simultaneously helping clients to understand their businesses better.

Together with the client, IMR will create a “Scope of Work,” a detailed document delineating specific primary goals (e.g., “increase annual revenue 50%”), followed by specific objectives to be fulfilled in order to achieve these goals (e.g., “clearly identify network of referral partners, advocates, and prospects”).

Throughout this process, the client gets to co-create a road map to achieving their goals. This road map not only points each client in the right direction, but also provides specific milestones to help them chart their progress.
